We ship worldwide. Orders ship within 2–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage (United States) or comparable carriers elsewhere.
For United States orders, shipping is included in the listed price. There are no additional charges at checkout.
International orders pay one flat shipping rate. You choose your region in the bag before checking out, and the exact amount is shown before you pay. Because the rate and the delivery country are set together, the address you enter must be in the region you chose; if you pick the wrong one, go back and change it rather than trying to complete the order.
We post to a set list of countries; if yours is not offered at checkout, we cannot ship there yet.
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, for any reason or none.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will provide return instructions. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned item.
If your pebble arrives damaged, we refund it immediately on report, without requiring the item back.
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on eligible orders, in addition to and independent of the 30-day policy above. This right is not affected by anything else on this page.
If your pebble arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we will refund or replace it immediately. Send a note (with a photo, if it arrived damaged) and we will make it right. No forms. No arguing. It's a rock; we are not going to fight you about a rock.
The ai pebble is not a toy. It contains small parts (specifically: it is a small part). Ages 14+. Do not give to young children or pets.
